Counting the days...

Wow, time is flyiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing...again.

- Just 2 days until Christmas. We get presents on the 24th here :)
- Just 10 days until the new year begins. Including a lot of new adventures for KIMCHI :)
- Just 22 days until my plane to NYC leaves = just 24 days until I see my lil brother again.
- Just 29 days until I meet my new roomie.
- Just 30 days until I start working for our US office.
- Just 3 months until our next presentation (trainee project).
- Just 6 months until I turn 30.

2007 will be a kick ass year.....dont you think? ;)

Ouch!

sorry for not blogging in FOREVER! Life is ok, but I am sick.

- Still have the cats. They are cute but sometimes drive me insane. 4 cats is just too much, but I am seriously starting to look for options how to keep Taiyo. He is just tooo cute!
- One of my best friends came here with her boyfriend at the weekend. It was soo much fun. I love seeing her again every single time. I cant believe we have been close friends for over 10 years now and only lived in the same city for 3 months.
- Work is crazy busy as ever and I cant wait to leave for the US to be honest. Even though I doubt that it will be a lot better there. New challenges. But I am exited!
- I am also exited cause I am planing to visit my brother (I am going to book the flight tomorrow) and I will most likely see some friends I havent seen in a long time. Its all a question of budget ;) haha....

I miss my friends...especially the UVic people, my friends from old school days, the Zeri Enzyms who are spread all over the world....

Empress to be

How does one feel when you will be an empress one day. Millions of people discussion your future....

For now lil princess AIKO still can hide behind her parents back. But will the Japanese accept an empress instead of an imperator? It would be a big step in the history of Japan to have a female ruler.

Party weekend!!!

Wow, what a fun weekend. Didnt expect it at all....

Friday was busy. I attended a photo shooting in a town 1,5 hours away, and finally left work at around 7 PM (most people leave the office at around 3 PM on fridays I would guess ;) Then headed home. Some colleagues had asked me to join them in the evening to go out. I really didnt feel like it but they are really nice and I thought its the first time they ask me out, so I should def. go. Well...we met at 10:30 PM and I told them I would join them for about an hour...when I got home it was almost 3:30 AM ;) Dancing was soo much fun!

Saturday: R. came to visit me again. Its funny: I see him more often than my bf and I guess R. also knows way more about me than M. does. Yet it was a perfect weekend. I could spent hours and hours with R. (-->I know you sometimes read this, so: THANK YOU FOR BEING THE VERY BEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD!!!!). At aroud 6 PM some friends came over to check out the kitties. We went to the "Schinkenmarkt" (= ham festival lol). Ate some funny stuff: raisin bread with smoked ham. But it wasnt that bad at all. After that R. and me drove to BI to meet up with Saskia a friend of mine. We went for a drink and then at 11 PM to the movies to see "The devil wears prada". Was allright, but not that special. Even though we were pretty tired before the movie, we decided to go dancing after the movie. And it was really fun. They played a lotta songs from the time when we were in our teens. When we got home it was about 4 AM.

Sunday: We had to get up early as we had a Brunch appointment with my trainee group. Yummy, Yummy. All, but Ju. where there. We played a board game and I won! *woot, woot* I really, really looooooooooooove board games!!! Then we had to hurry up to meet I. & G. who came to GT to visit me and see the kitties too. We had a cheese testing *g* (I had bought 4-5 different kinds of cheese over the last few days) and they brought some yummy "Berliner". Besides that we had "Bratapfel" tea which was kinda matching the weather: Even though the sky is blue and there was sunshine, it was pretty cold. I guess summer is finally over.

Enough. Time for me to go to bed....Lots of stuff to do tomorrow. *sigh* Will try to go to work early! *double sigh* Which means I will have to get up really, really early *triple sigh*

Angel or devil?

I am so torn. Sometimes they are so cute. Especially when they look at you with their lil cute innocent eyes, but then the next moment they start scratching your arm and OUCH! Or they keep making this really annoying sound, I really dont know the English turn, its the sound of lil pets when they want something. High-pitched whining.

Yet I want to show you this pic.

Here you can see all three of my lil ones:
The cutie in the front, who usually follows me around (= I almost steppend on him several times!) is TAIYO (= jap. for Ocean or Sun), the one in the middle is DOTTY and the one in the back I dont know yet lol..I was thinking about naming him CARLO, but not sure...

Work, work, work...

Heya,

I dont know. Life is cool, but there are a few things that suck. I dont know why I am so negative today, but I just dont feel like my happy self....

Sorry Celine for not blogging. It was just crazy and I spent the last 5 days on the road. Well, kind off.

1. Work is super fun, but really busy. I have to learn to set my priorities right.
2. My trainee colleagues are great fun too. I am glad we all get along.
3. My cats keep growing. They get cuter by the day. Yet I realize I am not a pet person. I need freedom = I cant have a permanent cat/dog OR a baby (will be annoyed too).
4. I am still with my bf. A lil surprised myself, but oh well. Had a fun weekend. Finally saw the OKTOBERFEST! Yieeha!
